What happens when if I format hard disks frequently?

Question details:

Does win32NSAnti and Hidrag A. viruses affect hardware?

Formatting your harddrive frequently will not hurt it anymore than writing and deleting that occurs during normal computer use. We suggest using some good antivirus to protect your system and you should update with the latest definitions.

You can find a list of antivirus programs here.

Hidrag is a non-dangerous memory resident parasitic Win32 virus which infects Win32 PE EXE files. It creates a copy of itself places it in the Windows directory using the name svchost.exe.

"Win32/NSAnti is a heuristic detection that may proactively detect new malware for the Win32 platform which has been packed with NSAnti."

This viruses won't damage your computer hardware. In general viruses won't phisically damage your computer, just software.
