Resolve:
This issue may occur if either of the following conditions is true:
•The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is not running.
•The terminal server cannot contact a domain controller because of a network connectivity or Domain Name System (DNS) issue.
To resolve this issue, first make sure that the RPC service is running:
1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK to start the Services snap-in.
2. In the right pane, locate the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service.
3. If the RPC service is not running, right-click the service, and then click Start.
