1. Turn your DSL modem off.
2. Find on the back of your router, the Reset button.
3. Press, and hold, the Reset button down for 30 seconds.
4. Wait until the Power, WLAN and Internet light will turn on.
5. Turn the DSL modem back on.
6. If your internet doesn't work you should restart your computer.

If your router's IP address has changed during the reset, it could take up to 24 hours for your ISP servers to recognize this change and assign you a new IP address.

On most Linksys routers your username/password combination is reset to (no username) with password 'admin' (without the quotes).
