Question Details:
My main computer 5 years old is an HP Pavalion 733n and I acquired an unused CPU unit HP pavalion a405N. Both systems are running windows XP. If I connect these 2 cpus together will I increase memory, speed, storage space? Will this be a good thing? I store a lot of photos and zip and zap files.
Answer:
If you connect the computers together you can't use them as a big computer with more memory and processing power. All you will get is two computers in a network.
You could take out the HDD and the memory from one computer and mount them to the other computer to increase the memory and the storage.
