1. Make sure have Port Forward enbled and the firewall is disabled.

2. Install Steam and AMXMODX.

3. Select Counter-Strike and keep the defaults.

4. Run the server.

5. Close the server, and install add-ons if you want.

6. If you use a router,enable Port Forward (How to setup Port forward) on the the port you configured the Dedicated Server to run on.

7. Run the server and run the command plugins, modules to make sure everything is running OK.

8. Tell the people who want to join the server the IP address.

Verify that the firewall is disabled on the router to allow the traffic.
