There are quite a few adult sites in my computer history. I am pretty sure that nobody in my home is visiting these sites. We use a rural hi speed internet service. It is satellite to tower transmitted with a receiver on my home. Is there any way somebody is accsessing my computer through this connection? We do not have a wireless router in the home.

Answer:

It is very hard that somebody access your computer and if this happens for sure he won't open your browser and navigate. It is possible that you have some viruses or spyware who opened this sites, or someone who had accessed this computer opened the sites in the past.

We suggest to install a good antivirus and antispyware to scan your computer.
