My computer is a client to a server in my office. My question is: Is all data stored at server what i am downloading, browsing, how much i online, to whom I am chatting etc.? If yes, than i want to know the procedure to keep my information confidential, show me the way. My OS is Windows XP and server is running on also the same version but exactly I dont know.

Some of your data can be stored on the server and some on your computer. You cannot really protect your computer from the server because the network administrator has the full power on the network. All your information can be accessed by your network administrator.
