I have been advised that the trouble I am having with MS Outlook, is due to a software clash (AVG free 8 and Zone Alert) Is this possible, if so which program would you recommend I remove?

Answer:

We recommend to reinstall MS Outlook as well as AVG free 8 and Zone Alert. Try to go to the antiviurs settings and allow all the actions of Outlook. You probably have problems because the antivirus is blocking Outlook.
