Account Name
The 'Account Name' field identifies your email account. The 'Account Name' field is useful if you have more than one email account.
The default name for a new account is the 'incoming mail' or POP3 server name. You can easily change the default name by double-clicking the new email account and changing the 'Account Name' field.
Display Name
The 'Display Name' field shows the name that your email recipients see when they receive your email. It is recommended that you use your personal name to help your recipients easily identify you as the email sender.
Email address
Each email address is unique and is provided to you by your email account provider (which is in most cases, your Internet Service Provider or ISP). People use this address to send you email.
Email addresses usually follow the following format: username@ispname.com
Reply address
The 'Reply address' field is optional. When left empty, replies to your email are received by the same email account used to send the original email.
If you want replies to your email delivered to another email account, enter that email address in the 'Reply address' field.
