Questions details:

My browser only connects sometimes (and it is the same with my Outlook Express) and often gives distorted sites (missing pictures, writing out of sync). My router has been checked. I have no virus or spyware in my computer. Any suggestions?

It is possible that there is a problem with the internet from your ISP. Try to contact it.

Maybe some of your Windows files are corrupt. Try to repair your version of Windows.
