A clean, easy to use and highly extensible Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client is Chatzilla. To use these program you must install Firefox. Now open Firefox, go at this link and install the Chatzilla extension. To use Chatzilla open Firefox and go to Tools -> Chatzilla.
