There are two ways to set your homepage:

1. Go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options. Then in the General tab type in the Address field the link of the website you want to appear as your homepage(for example: http://www.helpero.com) and then click the Apply button.

Or.

2. Go to the webpage you want to make your homepage. Than go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options. In the General tab click the "Use Current" button. Click Apply.
