You cannot log in automatically without using additional programs or without signing once from that computer from your browser and allowed it to remember the passwords.

In order to be possibile the automatically log in you need to enter the username and password and your browser to remember it in its cache memory.

The page already logged in could not appear on someone else computer without logging in to that account to an earlier time because sites do not store passwords and username. Only browsers and additional programs does.
