That is a scam so you click 'JOIN NOW!' and they will request you to give them youâ€@trade;re credit card number (they will still your credit card if you give it to them so DONT). Or they will request no credit card number but they will attach a trojan to the program that you will download.

So you must keep in mind that it's illegal to record someoneâ€@trade;s webcam without their permission so if a site is bragging that they can do it and they ask you money for it, they are hackers,crackers,phrackers and other individuals that have nothing better to do in life.
