One way to solve this problem is to change Internet Explorer Security and Personal settings:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. In the box at the top of the dialog box, click the Internet icon.
5. Under Security level move the slider to Low.
6. Click Yes if you receive a Warning dialog box.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the icons Local Intranet, Trusted sites and Restricted sites.
8. Click Privacy tab.
9. GO under Settings and move the slider to Accept All Cookies.
10. Click Apply and then OK.
