What can I do about the lack of color and not being able to see everything when on a web page?

Question Details:

When I go to a web page I can not see everything. I have to run the mouse over the page to find links or things like enter information or continue. I can not see colors. Most everything is white. I have a Dell Dimension 4600C. Windows XP. I've had the computer about 4 years. I've had this problem for over a year. I would really appreciate your ideas.

Answer:

You probably have a damaged web browser, have viruses on your system, or you video card driver is not working correctly.

We suggest to reinstall your browser ( You can use Firefox, which is better than Internet Explorer), scan your computer with a good antivirus, and reinstall your video card driver with the latest one available on your video card maker's website.
