I receice system32 errors about vsutil.dll and nvsvc.32. Why?

Question details: Do you think this problem could also be motherboard or processor related?

nvsvc32.exe is a process that belongs to the NVIDIA graphics card drivers and vsutil.dll is a ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm DLL.Our advice is to reinstall your video card drivers and uninstall Zone Alarm and reinstall it again and see if the problem is solved.If you reinstall your Windows the problem will be for sure resolved.

It is not related to a problem with your motherboard or processor.
