First try to change your motherboard's bios battery.
After you change the battery you should go through the setup&save process - during this, you must make sure that all hardware such as hard drives, CPU, RAM etc have the appropriate settings selected (in some cases AUTO is a good selection). Now if the battery's good and there is no hardware problem, your computer should start without that error message. If the message is displayed after a battery change and a re-initialization of the BIOS Settings, you have a hardware problem of some sort that the microcontroller can't resolve - in this case you should start with only the essentials and add one item at a time until you get back to that message.
Essentials are:
1. MB&CPU,
2. One stick of RAM,
3. Video Adapter (expansion card or built-in),
4. Keyboard, and
5. NOTHING ELSE.
