I need help on my computer because yesterday the computer was running slow so in control panel I tried to delete some programs to make it faster. I deleted internet explorer because I have firefox and now a message comes up saying "This application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.I've tried but the same message comes up and my start bar dissapeared. Now I can't open control panel. I can open the internet by 'task manager' but not control panel.

We are not sure that the only thing you deleted is Internet Explorer so we suggest to do one of the following, maybe your problem will be solved:

1. Restore your system to a previous time.
2. Repair Windows XP.

Be sure to install an antivirus to be protected by viruses.
