Out of no where my computer will shut down, the screen will just go black without any warning and I'm sure its not a heating issues or a battery issue.

Answer:

If the overheating is not the problem, this could be a bad memory. The best way to find the damaged piece of RAM, remove (or replace) one RAM stick and see if the problem is solved.

Also a bad power supply could cause this.
