I have both itunes and quicktime on my pc. When I try to open itunes now, it dosent work. it says "quicktime failed to initialize (error 2096) quicktime is required to run itunes. please reinstall itunes." I tried reinstalling quicktime+itunes from apple, and deleting quicktime and reinstaling it but nothing worked. "
