When I try to uninstall Video Accelerator from my computer I get the message " Cannot Open Install.log File" I tried reinstalling the software but still get the same message, then the uninstall fails. Am I stuck with this software forever on my computer?

Answer:

1. Download a fresh copy of the original program installation file and save it on your computer. Be sure to download the same version number as what is already installed.

2. Start the Setup file downloaded. If prompted, click Repair, then click Next and follow the onscreen instructions.

3. In Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs, select the program and then click Remove.
