I have a program called power2go and it is inoperable, so I try to uninstall and I receive an error box telling me installation support file could not be installed. The system cannot find file. when i do system diagnostic I am sent a error message that says load language pack fail. I downloaded this through cyberlink website.

We suggest to try to uninstall it from Add/ Remove programs from Control Panel. If this doesn't work it could be that the files are damaged from this program. You can go to Program Files/CyberLink and delete the directory folder (if present) Power2Go. This isn't a 100% uninstall but good enough to get rid of the files.
