This error can occur if one of your PCI devices is damaged or one of your PCI slot is not functioning correctly. To identify the problem turn off your computer and unmount all your PCI devices . Now start your computer without them. Does the error appear again?

If not, try to identify the damaged slot or device by inserting one device at a time in different slots and start your computer.

If you still receive the error try to reinstall your Windows or repair it. Maybe it is a software related problem.
