When I try to install My all in one Epson 3650 from the supplied disc all seems to be well until I click on smart panel. I then get a message which reads ( Registry Data Write Error ). Any idea how I can fix this?

Perhaps the install, or program needs to have some kind of priveleges to access/write to the part of the registry it needs. Try to download the latest Epson drivers and software from their website and reinstall it. You could try to run the installer as admin (right click setup.exe and choose run as admin).
